Modern Workshop –  During the workshop, we will cover an overview of three different modern techniques - Horton, Graham, and Limon. We will spend time becoming comfortable with floor work, improvisation, and contact improv in order to grow our creativity with movement. In addition, we will take a look at a few videos of important pieces of modern choreography, starting in the mid 20th century to contemporary works. We will will finish by learning and creating some choreography of our own!

Registration & Refund Policies:

Payment is due in full when registering for the workshop.

If you cancel 30 days or more before the Modern workshop begins, you will be given a refund for what you paid for the workshop less a $20 administrative fee.  Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice of the workshop’s start date will receive a 50% refund. 

Histown reserves the right to cancel any camp or workshop that doesn’t meet the minimum enrollment requirements to keep it open.  If a camp has to be cancelled you will be notified in advance and a full refund will be given.
